Job Description:
This position manages the finance and accounting functions at the controller level.

Required Skills:
Candidate must be an expert in standard accounting functions dealing with GL/AR/AP
Must be skilled in inventory procedures, cost analysis, purchasing procedures, client negotiations, and managing all accounting and finance functions.
Ideal candidate should have a at least 3-4 years accounting experience.
Supervisory experience strongly desired.
Must have exceptional computer software and database aptitude
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include monthly/quarterly/annually financial reporting
Forecasting and budgeting
Cash management
Variance analysis and report development
This position must advise management team of cost issues and opportunities and coordinate annual and monthly closing.

Experience Required :
Expertise in Microsoft Excel
3-4 years of experience
A masters degree and CA license are highly preferred
