Job Description:
The main goal of this position
is to successfully and effectively
organize and execute application
development projects in order
to provide necessary business
solutions. The project leader
analyzes, designs, plans, organizes,
and coordinates assigned applications
to include feasibility, package
review, estimates, business specifications,
program coding, testing, system
documentation, and implementation.
Required Skills:
6-8 years of experience in full-life
cycle development, the equivalent
of: 2-3 years experience in systems
design and specifications, 2-3
of programming experience, and
4 years in project management.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience
with project management methodologies,
and techniques.
Good understanding of and ability
to apply the principles of software
design, operational characteristics
of systems, networking and testing.
Strong analytical and problem
solving skills.
Goal Oriented and able to work
independently.
Ability to work cooperatively
with peers in order to share and
enhance technical and project
management knowledge.
Proven track record of developing
and implementing complex technical
solutions in cross-functional
team environment.
Strong leadership qualities and
excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
and manage multiple projects in
fast-paced environment.
Experience working with business
clients and ability to establish
and maintain effective business
partnership with internal customers
in order to fully understand the
business requirement and to management
client expectations.
Responsibilities :
Project definition, project planning,
project communication, and project
control
Manages design and development
teams as required for each assigned
project.
Responsible for all project deliverables
including business specifications/requirements,
program code and all project documentation.
Facilitates requirements gathering.
Responsible for ensuring adherence
of all deliverables to appropriate
standards and quality levels.
Experience Required:
6-8 years of full life cycle development
experience.
Certifications a plus
Must have experience working on
software solutions including web-based,
intranet, client server, and n-tier
architecture solutions.
