Offshore onsite Model
(Development methodology)
Every project that we undertake will be a combination
of onsite and offshore technical resources. An onsite
coordinator or a small team from the vendor firm will
be present at the customer site to coordinate between
the offshore team and the customer .
Offshore software development provides you access
to world –class solutions from areas of the
world where operating costs are much lower. A viable
alternative which cuts the escalating costs of software
development and shortage of skilled software professionals.

OUTLINE OF STEPS INVOLVED
IN OFFSHORE ONSITE MODEL |
| |
Project
Manager from the development Team and Project
Coordinator from the Customer end are nominated
to oversee the entire project. |
| |
The
Project Manager and a team of onsite engineers
visit the customer tod discuss, understand and
document requirements, establish communication
metods and finalise reporting format and frequency.
In-depth understanding of the requirements is
mandatory for effective communication with the
Offshore development team |
| |
A
detailed project plan which shows the duration
of the project, milestones and deliverables
to be achieved is prepared. |
| |
The
project manager returns with the above information
and prepares a prototype, architecture and detail
design for customers approval. |
|
| Customer accepts
the requirements and prototype and the core
development team gets going on the work. Constant
interaction between the project manager and
the onsite coordinator enable quick clarification
of any doubts. |
| |
We carry out the implementation
and installation of the project at the customer
site upon completion of the project. |
